I have been helping people buy and sell homes in Southern Ontario for over 30 years. In addition to being a Realtor, I have inspected thousands of homes as a Residential Home Inspector (CHI). I am also a licensed Mortgage Broker, Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES), and an Accredited Consultant in Real Estate (ACRE).  My real estate expertise and passion are complemented by a wider skill set – a benefit of having owned my own advertising company and providing marketing advice to some of Canada’s largest companies. It is this mindset that allows me to look at what you need, and how best to help you achieve your goals, with a fresh perspective that sets me apart from a typical agent.

I have been a licensed Realtor since 2003 and carry on a tradition of real estate in my family spanning five generations. I have been actively involved in hundreds of residential real estate transaction, representing the interests of both buyers and sellers. 

In addition to being a Realtor, I am a lawyer and oversee the provision of legal services offered to Prince Realty clients. I often engage with clients at the inception of their engagement with Prince Realty. I provide an overview of the real estate transaction process and provide legal guidance on any potential pitfalls or issues that clients may be concerned about.

All too often, I advise clients on legal issues that could have been avoided if they had sought legal advise before buying or selling.  I strive to help buyers and sellers avoid these headaches by being fully engaged with them throughout the process

After over a decade of practice as a Registered Home Inspector (RHI) and instructor at Sheridan College followed by nearly two decades as a Realtor, I have decided that it’s time to unofficially “retire”.  It’s time for me to work on my golf game, fish, travel, and enjoy some fine scotch. That being said, I can never truly leave the field that I have been so passionate about for over thirty years.

I will still be engaged in the office working on many back end projects and advising on various real estate matters from time to time. I have inspected thousands of homes as a home inspector and worked with hundreds of buyers and sellers. This depth of knowledge will still be an valuable asset to Prince Realty clients and I look forward to being involved on a consulting basis where necessary.
