Civil Litigators: Is there a piece of property under dispute? Construction Lien? CPL on title? Working with Prince Realty will ensure that the property is appropriately listed and sold in a way that will not prejudice your client’s rights. As a independent firm, Prince Realty can work with parties as required to ensure that the property is sold without breaching any contractual obligations or court orders. If required, Prince Realty can work in conjunction with Prince Law to convey the property and hold any proceeds until the resolution of all civil disputes.
